Für das Nuroad FE haben wir uns von unseren Renn- und Cyclocross-Bikes inspirieren lassen und eine Prise Mountainbike-DNA hinzugefügt. Es bietet reichlich Platz für große, griffige und komfortable 40-mm-Reifen – selbst mit den mitgelieferten, vollwertigen Schutzblechen. Ein besonders sauber integrierter Gepäckträger sorgt für eine aufgeräumte Optik, und wir haben zusätzlich einen Seitenständer sowie eine vollständige Lichtanlage verbaut. Die interne Kabelführung hält die Schaltzüge länger frei von Schmutz und Schlamm. Dank Schnellspanner lassen sich die Laufräder einfach montieren und für den Transport oder die Lagerung schnell entfernen. Die Vollcarbon-Gabel ist nicht nur leicht, sondern reduziert auch Straßenerschütterungen und verfügt über Lowrider-Aufnahmen für zusätzliche Transportmöglichkeiten. Seems good but not a direct replacement
This starter did work but it was not a direct replacement for the starter in my 1986 Malibu skier with 5.7 mercruiser direct drive. This starter is a mini-starter, which is great in that it’s smaller and lighter but it meant that my starter bolts were too long and I had to add 3/8” stack of washers under the bolt heads. The bracket that supports the front of the starter to the engine block was also not able to be used because the new starter is shorter, although with the lighter starter, that bracket is probably no longer necessary. First few starts have been fine.

Boat once again starts
Easy install once I figured out how to reach the starter. Worked first try and my boat is starting again. I think being a contortionist would help with the install since it is under the engine and boats typically only have access from the top. It probably took me an hour to get the old one off and about 30 min to install the new. The symptom of the broken one was a click sound when trying to start the motor, but nothing turning over. Same sound with new. Battery or a jumper.
